    For events or other major reservations which require additional resources beyond building and room access.

    Must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.

    Basic Request

    For meetings or other basic room reservations without complex setups. Basic building and room access only.

    Can be requested at any time.

    Submission of this form does not constitute a reservation and does not guarantee service or staffing availability.
    Availability of rooms, equipment, and staffing will be determined by Business Services and IMS.
    Business Services, Registrar, and Information & Media Services reserve the right to modify your request according to availability and/or appropriateness. Some fees may apply based on space, services, or equipment associated with the event.
