Bethel Facilities Use Requests

    This is the facilities use system. If you're having a meeting, planning an event, or need a livestream, this is the place to request use of our shared, community facilities.

    Please respect your colleagues, submit your requests in a timely fashion.

    Start a new request Start a new, blank request.
    Resume a saved request Resume a request you started but have not finished.
    Duplicate a Past Request Use a past request as a template for a new one without having to re-enter all the details.
    Submission of this form does not constitute a reservation and does not guarantee service or staffing availability.
    Availability of rooms, equipment, and staffing will be determined by Business Services and IMS.
    Business Services, Registrar, and Information & Media Services reserve the right to modify your request according to availability and/or appropriateness. Some fees may apply based on space, services, or equipment associated with the event.
